Easy Bean Sprout Namul for One More Dish

  1. Finely julienne the ham and cucumber.
  2. Blanch the bean sprouts in boiling water.
  3. Drain the bean sprouts and let cool.
  4. When it has cooled down combine with the cucumber, ham and * ingredients.
  5. Transfer to serving plates, sprinkle on some sesame seeds and serve.
