Juicy Pan-Fried Chicken with Mayonnaise
- 400 grams Chicken thigh
- 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 desired amount Lemon
- 1 Butterhead lettuce, red-leaf lettuce, etc.
- Cut chicken into bite size pieces.
- In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise (4 tablespoons) with soy sauce (2 tablespoons) well.
- Add the chicken cut into bite size to Step 1.
- Marinate for about 30 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium- low heat.
- Fry the chicken for 5 minutes with a lid on.
- Remove the lid and fry over medium heat for 2 minutes.
- When both sides are browned, its ready!
- Scatter the Butterhead lettuce on a plate and serve the chicken on top!
- To brighten the taste, squeeze lemon juice before serving.
