Helen's Cranberry Pineapple Jell-O
- 1 (16 ounce) package fresh cranberries
- 1 12 cups water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 (6 ounce) package gelatin (raspberry or black cherry)
- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple
- 1 cup nuts (walnuts, pecans)
- Bring water and cranberries to a boil, simmer until all berries pop.
- Stir in gelatin until it is dissolved.
- Add pineapple and nuts.
- Pour into mold and put into refrigerator until it sets, 3-4 hours or overnight.
