Mexican Rice Casserole Recipe
- 1 pound grnd meat
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 can Spanish rice
- 1 can Ranch style beans
- Cheese
- Brown the grnd meat and drain off the grease.
- Add in all the other ingredients, stir till everything is mixed well then put in a greased casserole dish.
- Bake at 400 degrees till warm and bubbly.
- You may add in your favorite cheese on top and place back in oven to heat the cheese.
