Honey Seared Salmon With Sour Cream Dill Sauce

  1. Rinse salmon fillets and pat dry.
  2. Brush both sides with honey and place in a large skillet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Cook over medium heat for about 4 minutes per side or until golden brown on the outside and fish reaches an internal temperature of 150F and flakes easily when tested with a fork.
  4. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients except garnish in a small bowl; stir well to blend.
  5. Remove fish from skillet to individual serving plates and place a dollop of herbed sour cream on each.
  6. Garnish with fresh dill sprigs, if desired.
