Aromatic Rustic French Bread with Honey and Sesame Seeds
- 200 grams All-purpose flour
- 100 + 100 grams (or strong flour + cake flour)
- 10 grams Honey
- 3 grams Salt
- 3 grams Dry yeast
- 130 grams Lukewarm water
- 1 tbsp of each Black & white sesame seeds
- Knead for 5-6 minutes in a bread maker, then turn off the switch.
- (Add the sesame seeds after 3 minutes.)
- Take the dough out from the bread maker, form to a ball, cover a wrap for the 1st rising, and wait until the dough doubles in size.
- Reshape the dough and rest for about 20 minutes.
- Punch out the gas and roll into a ball.
- Place the dough into a bowl sprinkled with flour.
- Rest for 2nd rising.
- Then place the dough gently on a sheet.
- Make a cross cut.
- Preheat the oven at 250C then reduce to 210C, and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Crispy outside and fluffy inside!
