Aromatic Rustic French Bread with Honey and Sesame Seeds

  1. Knead for 5-6 minutes in a bread maker, then turn off the switch.
  2. (Add the sesame seeds after 3 minutes.)
  3. Take the dough out from the bread maker, form to a ball, cover a wrap for the 1st rising, and wait until the dough doubles in size.
  4. Reshape the dough and rest for about 20 minutes.
  5. Punch out the gas and roll into a ball.
  6. Place the dough into a bowl sprinkled with flour.
  7. Rest for 2nd rising.
  8. Then place the dough gently on a sheet.
  9. Make a cross cut.
  10. Preheat the oven at 250C then reduce to 210C, and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
  11. Crispy outside and fluffy inside!
  12. My favorite sandwich with smoked pastrami ham.
  13. Another favorite, with cream cheese and honey.
  14. Rustic French bread with a slight hint of honey and sesame aroma.
