Hamburger, Potato, Corn Stuff
- 1 lb. ground hamburger
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can whole kernal sweet corn
- 1 sm. yellow onion, diced
- 3 to 5 russet potatoes, peeled and sliced into about 1/2 inch slices
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Brown hamburger in a Dutch-oven type pot with the onion.
- Drain excess fat, and add remaining ingredients.
- Cook on medium until the potatoes are soft - being sure to stir occasinally to avoid sticking.
- Do not add water, and do not drain the corn prior to adding to pot.
- Sauce will thicken as it cooks, I like to let it simmer uncovered for a while to thicken also.
