New Onions and Crab Stick Salad
- 1/2 New season onion
- 1/2 Cucumber
- 1 packet Crab sticks
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- 1 tsp Sugar
- Slice the onion and cucumber thinly and put in a bowl.
- Add salt and rub gently.
- Leave to rest for about 10 minutes.
- Squeeze out water from the vegetables.
- Shred or slice the crab sticks diagonally.
- Add the crab sticks, mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar to the bowl and toss.
