New Onions and Crab Stick Salad

  1. Slice the onion and cucumber thinly and put in a bowl.
  2. Add salt and rub gently.
  3. Leave to rest for about 10 minutes.
  4. Squeeze out water from the vegetables.
  5. Shred or slice the crab sticks diagonally.
  6. Add the crab sticks, mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar to the bowl and toss.
