Easy Chops-N-Gravy for Two

  1. Season chops with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet and brown chops on both sides.
  3. Remove to a warming plate.
  4. Saute onions and peppers in remaining oil until translucent, scraping up bits remaining from the chops.
  5. Stir in soup and milk.
  6. Blend until smooth and bring to a boil.
  7. Add chops to gravy, cover, reduce heat and simmer until chops are done, approximately 25 minutes, depending on the thickness of the chops.
  8. I served this with mashed potatoes and corn.
