Quick Stick to Your Ribs Rice Salad

  1. Mix everything together in the order listed in mixing bowl.
  2. Taste.
  3. The salad should be moist.
  4. Add more dressing if desired.
  5. Put in serving bowl.
  6. Cover.
  7. Refrigerate until serving.
  8. Can be made ahead or served immediately.
  9. Remember to duck when the kids squirt the mustard (wear aprons) This is the fun part!
