Steak and Potato Stir-Fry
- 6 oz. beef sirloin steak, cut into thin slices
- 1 tsp. oil, divided
- 1 cup peeled potatoes, cut into bite-size chunks Safeway 2 pkg For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 medium yellow onion, sliced King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1 Tbsp. KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
- 1 , favorite flavor
- 8 fl oz (1 cup) drinking water
- Cook and stir meat in oil in a skillet on high heat for 2 min., or until browned.
- Remove from skillet; set aside.
- Add potatoes, carrots and 1/4 cup water to skillet.
- Bring to a boil; cover.
- Reduce heat to low; cook 20 min.
- or until vegetables are tender.
- Stir in mushrooms, onions, dressing and cooked meat; cook and stir on high heat for 5 min., or until heated through.
- Enjoy a JELL-O Sugar Free Pudding Snack for dessert.
- Serve meal with a glass of water.
