Steak and Potato Stir-Fry

  1. Cook and stir meat in oil in a skillet on high heat for 2 min., or until browned.
  2. Remove from skillet; set aside.
  3. Add potatoes, carrots and 1/4 cup water to skillet.
  4. Bring to a boil; cover.
  5. Reduce heat to low; cook 20 min.
  6. or until vegetables are tender.
  7. Stir in mushrooms, onions, dressing and cooked meat; cook and stir on high heat for 5 min., or until heated through.
  8. Enjoy a JELL-O Sugar Free Pudding Snack for dessert.
  9. Serve meal with a glass of water.
