Warm Bok Choy with Soy Dressing

  1. In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, vinegar and sesame oil.
  2. In a large saucepan of boiling water, cook the bok choy for 1 minute.
  3. Drain and transfer to a platter.
  4. Drizzle with the dressing, toss gently and serve.
