Crispy Outside, Fluffy Inside: Hanpen Nuggets

  1. Mash the hanpen into a paste.
  2. Add the ground chicken, finely chopped green onion, chicken soup stock granules, salt and pepper to Step 1.
  3. Mix all together until sticky.
  4. Form into nuggets and coat with katakuriko.
  5. Heat oil in a frying pan, fry the nuggets until browned, and they're done.
