Apricot Fruit Flip Recipe

• 1 can Apricot nectar (12 ounce)
• 1 med Ripe banana
• 1/4 c. Instant nonfat dry lowfat milk pwdr
• 2 tsp Lemon juice
• 1 Tbsp. Honey
• 1 tsp Grated lemon rind Ice cubes

1. Combine all ingredients, except ice cubes, in container of an electric blender.
2. Add in sufficient ice cubes to measure 4 c..
3. Blend till smooth.
