Egg sunny side up with Red Pepper, Quinoa and Bacon
- 1 slice Red Pepper
- 1 Egg
- 1 Quinoa
- 1 slice Bread
- 3 slice Bacon
- 1 Italian herbs
- 1 Olive oil
- Put some olive oil in a preheated pan
- Slice a whole pepper, creating a ring.
- Put the ring of pepper in the pan and break an egg in the middle of the pepper.
- At the same time make some crispy bacon.
- Get the slice of bread on a plate, add the bacon and the pepper-egg and sprinkle the quinoa (not necessary ) and Italian herbs on top.
- Enjoy a good breakfast meal.
