Egg sunny side up with Red Pepper, Quinoa and Bacon

  1. Put some olive oil in a preheated pan
  2. Slice a whole pepper, creating a ring.
  3. Put the ring of pepper in the pan and break an egg in the middle of the pepper.
  4. At the same time make some crispy bacon.
  5. Get the slice of bread on a plate, add the bacon and the pepper-egg and sprinkle the quinoa (not necessary ) and Italian herbs on top.
  6. Enjoy a good breakfast meal.
