Potato Leek Soup

  1. In a large saucepan, bring the water, potatoes, and bacon to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 10-15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  3. Reduce heat to low.
  4. Stir in the milk, potato flakes and soup mix.
  5. Cook and stif for 5 minutes or until heated through.
  6. Garnish with cheese.
