Easy Vegetable Gyoza with Soy Beans
- 100 ml Cooked soy beans
- 1/4 Onion (roughly chopped)
- 100 ml Soy milk
- 200 ml Oatmeal
- 50 ml Walnuts (chopped finely)
- 1 bunch Garlic chives (chopped)
- 3 Shiitake mushrooms (chopped)
- 1 knob Grated ginger
- 1 clove Grated garlic
- 2 tsp Weipa
- 2 tsp Soy sauce
- 2 tsp Sake
- Mix in a mixer until creamy.
- Add and and combine well.
- Wrap the Step 1 mixture in gyoza wrappers and fry in a heated frying pan.
- Add 100 ml of water and cover with a lid.
- Continue to cook for about 7 minutes and uncover the lid to evaporate any water left.
- Variation: Instead of use 1/4 chopped onion and nutmeg.
- Shape into small burgers and fry.
- You will have soy bean burgers.
- Variation: You can use the soy bean burgers as veggie burgers.
- Variation: Use lotus root for a nice and firm texture.
