Easy Vegetable Gyoza with Soy Beans

  1. Mix in a mixer until creamy.
  2. Add and and combine well.
  3. Wrap the Step 1 mixture in gyoza wrappers and fry in a heated frying pan.
  4. Add 100 ml of water and cover with a lid.
  5. Continue to cook for about 7 minutes and uncover the lid to evaporate any water left.
  6. Variation: Instead of use 1/4 chopped onion and nutmeg.
  7. Shape into small burgers and fry.
  8. You will have soy bean burgers.
  9. Variation: You can use the soy bean burgers as veggie burgers.
  10. Variation: Use lotus root for a nice and firm texture.
