Grapefruit Mojito
- 1 tablespoon agave nectar
- 20 fresh mint leaves
- Juice of 1 lime
- 3 ounces grapefruit vodka (2 shots)
- Juice of 1/2 grapefruit
- Ice
- Cold citrus sparkling water or champagne
- Muddle the agave, mint and lime juice in the bottom of a cocktail shaker with the end of a wooden spoon.
- Add the vodka and grapefruit juice and then fill it three-quarters of the way full with ice.
- Shake until it is very cold, then evenly divide between two glasses filled with ice.
- Top with the sparkling water or champagne to taste.
