Peaches and Cream Rice Salad

• 1 package rice pilaf chicken-flavoured
• 2 quarts water
• 5 cups peaches drained, diced
• 4 cups whipped topping, prepared
• 2 cups coconut shredded

1. Cook rice accoding to package directions.
2. Allow rice to cool.
3. Fold in diced peaches, whipped topping and coconut.
4. Refrigerate until ready.
