Big Red Chili

  1. Brown meat in Dutch oven or large deep skillet on medium heat; drain.
  2. Add carrots, onions and garlic; cook and stir 5 min.
  3. or until crisp-tender.
  4. Stir in seasonings; cook and stir 1 min.
  5. Add all remaining ingredients except cheese; stir.
  6. Bring to boil; simmer on low heat 20 min., stirring occasionally.
  7. Serve topped with cheese.
