Pork Offcuts Stamina Stir-Fry
- 400 grams Thinly sliced pork offcuts
- 1 Katakuriko
- 1 Vegetable oil
- 1 Lettuce, cabbage, etc
- 2 tbsp Mentsuyu (3x concentrate)
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Sake
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Water
- 1 dash Grated ginger
- 1 Grated garlic
- Form 5 cm piles of the pork offcuts.
- Add vegetable oil to a heated frying pan.
- Lightly coat the pork from Step 1 with katakuriko, flatten and add to the frying pan.
- Cover with a lid and cook.
- Once the color has changed, flip over, and cook uncovered.
- Once cooked, add the seasoning, and pour over the meat repeatedly until you get a nice thickness.
- Then turn off the heat.
- Add lettuce or other vegetables to a plate.
- Transfer the meat and top with any remaining sauce in the frying pan.
