Pork Offcuts Stamina Stir-Fry

  1. Form 5 cm piles of the pork offcuts.
  2. Add vegetable oil to a heated frying pan.
  3. Lightly coat the pork from Step 1 with katakuriko, flatten and add to the frying pan.
  4. Cover with a lid and cook.
  5. Once the color has changed, flip over, and cook uncovered.
  6. Once cooked, add the seasoning, and pour over the meat repeatedly until you get a nice thickness.
  7. Then turn off the heat.
  8. Add lettuce or other vegetables to a plate.
  9. Transfer the meat and top with any remaining sauce in the frying pan.
  10. This is a version that doesn't use the pork piles "Beat the Summer Heat with Vinegar!

  12. And this is a version with onions to fight against fatigue!
