Shirley'S Casserole(Bread)
- 2/3 c. chopped green onions with tops
- 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 c. Bisquick
- 1 c. chopped, cooked ham
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 Tbsp. sesame seed (optional)
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter
- Saute onions in one tablespoon oil for about 2 minutes.
- In mixing bowl, combine biscuit mix and ham.
- Mix remaining oil, eggs, milk, mustard, onion and half of cheese and sesame seed. Add this to ham mixture and mix well.
- If you are baking these in mini muffin tins, add remaining cheese and butter to mixture.
- If baking in a casserole dish, top with remaining cheese and butter. Bake approximately 30 minutes at 350u0b0 as a casserole; bake muffins approximately 20 minutes at 350u0b0.
