Sour Cream Chicken Bake Recipe
- 8 to 10 boneless half chicken breasts
- 8 to 10 slices of dry beef
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 to 1 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- Mix soup and lowfat sour cream.
- Use just sufficient to cover bottom of baking dish.
- Wrap a slice of dry beef around each chicken breast.
- Place in baking dish.
- Use the remaining soup mix to cover the chicken.
- Cover baking dish and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 min.
