Tuna Mac Casserole
- 2 cups carrots, chopped
- 2 pouches Bulk Dry KRAFT Macaroni & Cheese (noodles)
- 1-1/2 qt. fat-free milk
- 1 qt. chunk light tuna in water, drained, flaked
- 2 pouches Bulk Dry KRAFT Macaroni & Cheese (cheese powder)
- 2 cups frozen peas
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat reduced-sodium condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 tsp. curly-leaf parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp. fresh tarragon, chopped
- 2 cups potato chips, crumbled
- Blanch carrots in boiling water 3 min.
- Rinse under cold water; drain.
- Cook pasta in boiling water 7 min.
- ; drain.
- Rinse briefly; return to pot.
- Stir in remaining ingredients, except potato chips.
- Cook on low heat until heated through.
- Pour into full hotel pan sprayed with cooking spray (or half hotel pan for trial recipe).
- Top with potato chips.
- Bake in 450 degrees F convection oven 5 min.
- or until chips are lightly browned.
- Serve immediately.
