Creole Fish Fillets

  1. Heat broiler.
  2. Melt 3 Tbsp.
  3. butter.
  4. Place fish on rack of broiler pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  5. Broil 5 to 6 min.
  6. on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork, brushing frequently with melted butter.
  7. Cook and stir celery, onions and peppers in remaining butter in medium skillet on medium heat 3 to 5 min.
  8. or until crisp-tender.
  9. Stir in flour until blended.
  10. Add tomatoes and VELVEETA; cook on low heat until VELVEETA is completely melted, stirring occasionally.
  11. Serve over fish.
