Avocado & Firm Tofu with Egg

  1. Remove the skin and pit from the avocado.
  2. Drain the firm tofu and dice.
  3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan and cook the tofu.
  4. Once browned, add the avocado.
  5. After it has cooked lightly, pour in the ponzu.
  6. Add the beaten egg and combine everything together.
  7. Turn off the heat.
  8. Serve on a dish, and it's complete!
