Asparagus-Stuffed Fish Fillets

  1. Sprinkle fish with lemon juice and seasoning.
  2. Arrange 5 asparagus spears on narrow end of each fish fillet; roll up.
  3. Secure with wooden toothpicks.
  4. Place, seam sides down, in 10x6-inch microwaveable dish; cover with waxed paper.
  5. Microwave on HIGH 5 to 7 min.
  6. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  7. Microwave 2% Milk VELVEETA, milk and lemon zest in medium microwaveable bowl 2 to 3 min.
  8. or until VELVEETA is completely melted and sauce is well blended, stirring after each minute.
  9. Remove and discard toothpicks from fish roll-ups.
  10. Sprinkle fish with paprika.
  11. Serve topped with VELVEETA sauce.
