Yellowtail 'Ryukyu' Rice Bowl
- 250 grams Buri (yellow-tail, sashimi quality)
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Sake for cooking
- 1/2 tsp Wasabi
- 1 Ground sesame seeds
- 1 add as much as you need Young green scallions
- Whisk the eggs well.
- Combine the sake to the soy sauce.
- Add the wasabi and mix well.
- Add the wasabi soy sauce to the beaten egg.
- Cut the fish into small cubes and put in the egg and seasoning mixture.
- Leave in the fridge for a while.
- Add a lot of chopped scallions and sesame seeds just before eating.
- Add some shiso leaves if you like.
- Transfer onto the hot rice and serve.
- You could also serve with a dollop of grated yamaimo yam.
