Peach Custard

  1. Place peaches in a 2 qt.
  2. baking dish coated with cooking spray.
  3. Process flour, melted butter, eggs, peach schnapps, half-and-half, and grated lemon zest in a food processor until smooth; pour over peaches and bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes.
