Peach Custard
- 1 14 lbs peaches, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup flour
- 12 cup butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 14 cup peach schnapps
- 1 cup half-and-half
- 2 teaspoons grated lemons, zest of
- Place peaches in a 2 qt.
- baking dish coated with cooking spray.
- Process flour, melted butter, eggs, peach schnapps, half-and-half, and grated lemon zest in a food processor until smooth; pour over peaches and bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes.
