Marinade For Pork Recipe
- 2 lbs. boneless pork roast, loin, shoulder or pork chops
- 1/2 c. apple juice (or for an added kick try 1/4 c. apple juice and 1/4 c. dark rum)
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
- Cut loin, roast or shoulder into 1 1/2 to 2 inch chunks.
- If using chops leave whole.
- Put meat into glass bowl.
- Mix remaining ingredients in a separate bowl.
- Pour over meat.
- Marinate 1 hour or cover and chill overnight.
- Thread chunks onto skewers.
- Barbecue or broil.
- Delicious!
