Marinade For Pork Recipe

  1. Cut loin, roast or shoulder into 1 1/2 to 2 inch chunks.
  2. If using chops leave whole.
  3. Put meat into glass bowl.
  4. Mix remaining ingredients in a separate bowl.
  5. Pour over meat.
  6. Marinate 1 hour or cover and chill overnight.
  7. Thread chunks onto skewers.
  8. Barbecue or broil.
  9. Delicious!
