Double Chocolate Drop Cookies
- 1 1/3 c. butter flavor Crisco
- 1 c. sugar
- 2/3 c. packed brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. milk
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 2/3 c. cocoa
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. broken walnut or pecan pieces
- 1 c. semi-sweet white chocolate chips
- Heat oven to 350u0b0.
- Cream the Crisco, both sugars, milk and vanilla.
- Add eggs, one at a time; beat after each.
- Combine dry ingredients; mix with creamed mixture.
- Add in nuts and chips. Spoon 2 tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheet, 2 inches apart. Bake at 350u0b0 for 9 to 11 minutes.
- Cool 2 minutes on baking sheet. Remove to cooling rack.
- Makes 2 to 2 1/2 dozen cookies.
