Chicken Alfredo
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 skinless chicken breasts
- 18 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons italian seasoning
- 0.5 (154 g) package onion soup mix (I use lipton)
- 1 (8 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 12 cup milk
- 12 cup water
- 14 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 lb dry fettuccine

- In large skillet, heat olive oil adn saute garlic.
- Add diced chicken, pepper and Italian seasoning.
- Cook together.

- In medium bowl, stir together onion soup mix, cream of mushroom soup, milk and water.
- Add to chicken mixture.
- Add parmesan to chicken, bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

- While sauce is simmering cook fettuccine.
- Toss pasta with sauce.
