Angel Hair Pasta With Garlic And Lemon

  1. Have large pot of water boiling for pasta while you prepare sauce.
  2. Saute garlic in olive oil in saute pan over medium heat just until garlic begins to brown.
  3. Remove pan from heat.
  4. Return pan after adding wine.
  5. Cook (simmer) for 1 to 2 minutes, until wine is reduced to half.
  6. Stir in the lemon juice and tomato. Remove from heat.
  7. Cook pasta in boiling water for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  8. Drain.
  9. Toss pasta with basil, Parmesan cheese, pepper and tomato mixture.
  10. Serve immediately.
