Cheddar,Bacon and Potato Frittata
- 1 lb Red potatos cooked , cooled and sliced
- 1/2 cup kraft shredded triple cheddar cheese with a touch of philadelphia
- 1/3 cup real bacon bits
- 3 green onions sliced
- 6 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/3 cup miracle whip dressing
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Heat oven to 350
- Place sliced potatos in 9" pie plate.
- Sprayed with cooking spray.
- Top with cheese and onions and bacon.
- Whisk eggs and milk in medium bowl until blended.
- Add miracle whip, pepper.
- Mix well.
- Pour over potatoes.
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until set.
- Let stand 10 minutes.
- ( I put a little cheese on top ).
