Chocolate Mousse Recipe
- 6 egg yolks
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. whipping cream (whipped)
- 1 tbsp. orange liquor (triple sec, grand marnier, etc.)
- 4 ounce. melted chocolate
- Lady fingers
- Line spring form pan with lady fingers, set aside.
- Follow steps 1 and 2:
- Step 1: Beat the egg yolks and sugar together till thick.
- Mix in the whipped cream and add in 1 Tbsp.
- orange liqueur and 4 ounces melted chocolate.
- Beat till mix is light and frothy.
- Step 2: Pour into a 1 qt mold or possibly spring form pan and place in freezer.
- Unmold and serve either frzn or possibly thawed.
- If doubling the recipe, use 3 to 4 Tbsp.

- In summer delicious with pitted cherries folded in with Kirsch or possibly orange liquor.
