Chocolate Mousse Recipe

  1. Line spring form pan with lady fingers, set aside.
  2. Follow steps 1 and 2:
  3. Step 1: Beat the egg yolks and sugar together till thick.
  4. Mix in the whipped cream and add in 1 Tbsp.
  5. orange liqueur and 4 ounces melted chocolate.
  6. Beat till mix is light and frothy.
  7. Step 2: Pour into a 1 qt mold or possibly spring form pan and place in freezer.
  8. Unmold and serve either frzn or possibly thawed.
  9. If doubling the recipe, use 3 to 4 Tbsp.
  10. liquor.
  11. In summer delicious with pitted cherries folded in with Kirsch or possibly orange liquor.
