Incredible Hunks

• 1 c. butter, softened
• 2 eggs
• 3/4 c. sugar
• 3/4 c. packed brown sugar
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1 c. milk chocolate chips
• 2 1/4 c. unsifted, unbleached, all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp. soda
• 3/4 c. raisins
• 1 c. chopped pecans
• 1 c. chopped Macadamia nuts
• 3/4 c. oatmeal

1. Preheat oven to bake at 375u0b0.
2. Combine flour, salt and soda. Stir well and set aside.
3. Cream butter, sugars and vanilla.
4. Beat until creamy.
5. Add eggs and beat until fluffy.
6. Gradually add flour mixture, then add chips, nuts, raisins and oatmeal.
7. Drop by tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheets.
8. Bake at 375u0b0 for 10 minutes.
