Tossed Pepperoni Salad Recipe
- Sliced pepperoni
- Black olives, sliced
- Assorted greens
- Monterey Jack cheese, cubed
- Sweet onions, sliced thin
- Toss all ingredients lightly with Italian dressing, just before serving.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top, if you like.
- NOTE: This goes great with lasagna or possibly spaghetti, or possibly by itself as a light meal.
- Other raw vegetables may be added for color and variety.
- Some suggestions are minced celery; sliced mushrooms, carrots, or possibly radishes; broccoli or possibly cauliflower florets; or possibly try Spanish olives in place of the black olives.
