B.L.T Pinwheels
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 3 oz. cream cheese
- 2 tbsp ranch dressing powder
- 6 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup shredded mexican cheese
- 1 cup lettuce, chopped
- 2 roma tomatoes deseeded and chopped
- 4 10" flour tortillas
- Mix mayo, cream cheese, and ranch until well blended.
- Fold in bacon and cheese
- Spread 1/4 of mixture on each tortilla.
- Top with lettuce, then tomatoes.
- Roll up
- Refrigerate for at least an hour.
- Slice into 1" rounds.
- Store in refrigerator
