Granola-Like Breakfast

  1. Using a coffee grinder, grind the sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, and flaxseed.
  2. Combine the seed mixture with the oats.
  3. Divide in half.
  4. Soak one half in apple juice.
  5. Place both halves in the refrigerator overnight.
  6. Stir the two halves together.
  7. Add the cinnamon and fresh fruit.
  8. Top with yogurt and serve.
