Delicious Meatloaf Recipe

• 1 1/2 pound lean grnd beef
• 1 c. quick oats
• 3 Large eggs, slightly beaten
• 1 (4 ounce.) can mushroom bits and pcs, undrained
• 1 env. onion soup mix
• 1 sm. clove garlic, minced
• 1/3 c. ketchup

1. Combine all ingredients except ketchup.
2. Press into a 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour; drain off excess fat.
4. Spread ketchup on top of meatloaf.
5. Bake 30 min more or possibly till done.
