Speedy Manhattan Clam Chowder
- 1 can (10-1/4 oz.) condensed cream of potato soup
- 1 can (8 oz.) undrained clams
- 1 can (8 oz.) stewed tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1 tsp. instant minced onion
- In a saucepan, combine potatoe soup, clams, stewed tomatoes, diced celery and minced onion.
- Cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes until heated, stirring occasionally.
- Garnish with parsley flakes, if desired.
