Bruschetta

  1. Combine all ingredients except for olive oil and baguette.
  2. Mix well let rest at room temperature.
  3. In the meantime take your sliced baguette and drizzle with the olive oil toast in the oven at 350F for approximately 5 minutes.
  4. Stack your toasted baguette on a serving plate along with a large ramekin of the bruschetta.
