Bruschetta
- 1 packages grape tomatoes chopped
- 2 clove garlic pressed
- 3 large fresh basil leaves roughly chopped
- 2 tsp parmesan cheese shredded
- 3 small olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 baguette sliced and toasted
- Combine all ingredients except for olive oil and baguette.
- Mix well let rest at room temperature.
- In the meantime take your sliced baguette and drizzle with the olive oil toast in the oven at 350F for approximately 5 minutes.
- Stack your toasted baguette on a serving plate along with a large ramekin of the bruschetta.
