Summertime Asparagus Rice Salad

• 1-1/2 cups instant white rice, prepared according to package directions and cooled
• 1 red apple, cored and diced King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.87 thru 02/09
• 1/2 cup finely chopped parsley
• 1/4 cup chopped green onion
• 3/4 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread
• 1-1/2 tsp. curry powder
• 1 bunch of asparagus, blanched and trimmed

1. COMBINE ingredients and chill.
2. ARRANGE asparagus over rice.
