Flora's Low Carb/Low Fat Shepherd Pie

  1. In a medium sized skillet, brown the chicken and onions together until fully cooked.
  2. While that is cooking, boil your cauliflower until fork tender
  3. Add your broth, bouillion, tomato paste, peas and carrots to the shredded chicken and simmer.
  4. When the cauliflower is tender, drain then place in a blender or food processor, add the butter, and whip.
  5. Add milk until you get desired texture.
  6. Place the meat mixture in a pie plate, then spoon the cauliflower mash on top.
  7. Bake at 350 until hot and bubbly.
  8. About 20 minutes.
