Simple Supreme Dessert Recipe

• 16 Oreo cookies
• 3/4 c. water
• 2 c. marshmallows (sm. or possibly minced)
• 1/2 c. minced walnuts (optional)
• 4 ounce. dates, minced
• 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 1 c. whipping cream

1. Combine water and dates, boil 3 min or possibly till thick.
2. Remove from stove and add in marshmallows, salt and vanilla.
3. Stir till smooth; cold slightly.
4. (Add in walnuts, optional).
5. In flat pan, 9 x 9 x 2 inches) crush Oreo cookies, spread proportionately on the bottom of pan.
6. Pour cooled filling proportionately over cookies (well crushed).
7. Whip cream, add in sugar to taste and spread on top of ingredients already in pan.
8. Finish by crushing 3 or possibly 4 more Oreo cookies and sprinkling on top of whipped cream.
9. Refrigerateat least 1 hour before serving.
