Marvelously Moist Turkey Burgers

  1. Saute the onions in the 2 tablespoons olive oil until nice and tender.
  2. Allow to cool slightly.
  3. Mix the onion and any oil from the pan into the ground turkey.
  4. Form into 4 patties.
  5. The oil-coated onions do a marvelous job of adding both moisture and flavor to the meat.
  6. Grill or saute on both sides until done, about 5 minutes per side.
  7. Meanwhile split the buns and brown the cut sides.
  8. Add cooked burgers to the bottom bun along with lettuce and tomato slices.
  9. A marvelously moist burger!
