A.1. Roasted Potatoes

• 1/2 cup olive oil
• 2 Tbsp. A.1. Dry Rub Cracked Peppercorn
• 4 lb. large Yukon gold potatoes (about 12), cut into 1/4 inch-thick strips

1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Cover rimmed baking sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray.
3. Mix oil and dry rub until blended.
4. Spread potatoes onto prepared baking sheet.
5. Drizzle with oil mixture; toss to evenly coat potatoes.
6. Spread to form even layer on baking sheet.
7. Bake 45 min.
8. or until potatoes are crisp and golden brown.
