Glazed Red Berry Pie
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 pkg. (85 g) Jell-O Raspberry Jelly Powder
- 2 Tbsp. corn starch
- 1 cup water
- 1 baked (9-inch) pie shell (170 g), cooled
- 3 cups fresh strawberries, hulled Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping
- Mix sugar, dry jelly powder and corn starch in medium saucepan.
- Gradually stir in water.
- Bring to boil on medium-high heat, stirring constantly.
- Cook and stir 2 to 3 min.
- or until thickened.
- Cool 10 min.
- Fill pie shell with berries; cover with jelly glaze.
- Refrigerate 3 hours.
- Top with Cool Whip just before serving.
