Chocolate Gravy

• 1 cup sugar
• 14 cup flour
• 2 tablespoons Hersheys cocoa powder
• 2 12 cups water

1. Mix dry ingredients well, add water, bring to a boil in a saucepan, boil until thickened.
2. Serve warm over biscuits.
