Shrimp Alfredo Recipe

  1. Heat butter and cook shrimp slowly on low heat.
  2. When shrimp are pink in color remove and set aside.
  3. In melted butter add in cream cheese and whipping cream.
  4. Heat and stir until cream cheese is melted and mix is smooth.
  5. Add in seasonings to taste and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Combine cornstarch with a small amount of water.
  7. Add in to sauce to thicken.
  8. Add in shrimp again.
  9. Serve over cooked fettucini.
